Hello This looks like lid infection Try A.warm Compresses B.  Apply antibiotic ointment like moxifloxacin twice daily over lid margins C. Take systemic antibiotic like ciprofloxacin 500twice daily Having said that it is provisional diagnosis Kindly consult local ophthalmologist if problem persist Regards
