Upper Abdomen pain

Upper (centre) abdomen pain for 4 weeks. Feeling bloated. Increases in case of long gaps between meals. Feeling bloated. Pain doesn't go away with bowel movement. No diarrhoea or soft tummy. One doctor diagnosed Gastroenteritis. not much improvement after meds. second doc said Giardiasis. Not much improvement either.
