Unwanted pregnancy

My wife and I are not in the favour of having a child for 2-3 years, since we both are working. But recently she missed her periods, and yesterday she did preganews check twice, results negative as well as positive. We want to get it confirm, and if found positive, guide us how to abort and it's legal procedures. Thankyou
