Hi Dr this lokesh from Chennai my fiances facing some problem from yesterday onwards shes getting stomach pain & abdomen pain which she couldn't bear then while urinating she feel pain & burn & today mrng she bleed while going urine could u tell me wats this symptoms all about?

Hello.. Well she might be having urinary tract infection or renal or ureteric stones... It's better she gets total leucocyte count and urine routine tests done first..you also need to consult a surgeon... You may have to get an ultrasound abdomen also done....please have good amount of water...for temporary relief you can take antispasmodics...thank you
