Hi team, I have had this problem for quite sometime but when my wife complained about it and told me to see a doctor i thought i should cuz it is affecting our life. When we try to have intercourse i seldom get premature ejaculation. I have tried kegel exercises but it didnt help i think i am not doing it correctly. Please advise
