I was on trika plus for almost 7 years. Recently, I had tow successive attack of syncope. I was hospitalized and after a battery of tests the doctor made diagnosis of vsodepressor syncope with suspected meniere disease. The VNG test is suggestive of vestibular systemic lesion. Trika plus was abruptly stopped and I was put on Alprax .5 for 19 days.
