I had unprotected sex a few days ago and bled during sex and now my partner is paranoid of HIV. I got tested for HIV in November and it was negative and I’ve only had unprotected sex with my partner once.

Hello there, once unprotected sex with an infected partner is sufficient for you to get infected. If your partner is also hiv negative then it's nothing to worry about.
