Hello its been since aug 8 was sufferning from issue when i hear unkown sound which source i dont know will make me anixous and i get panic attack or heavy anixty...along with that im hving anixous with window ac sound fan sound traffic sound and heavy music ...Im taking homepathy treatment but i get these kind of attack and its very heavy to deal with it...its coming in episodes and then i hv to take petril 0.25 to control and get clam...still its very frusteting i m avoiding going out ...have fear of most sounds ...sometime i hear sounds which maybe come from mind and sometime its enivourment sound...and other sounds... Kindly advise something...
