Unexplained miscarriages

I have had 3 miscarriages. First one no heart beat at 6 weeks. Second one had heart beats but then stopped. Third one only sac no baby. We have undergone all tests and no problem has been diagnosed so far. I was given daily injection too. How to treat this when no gynecologist so far has diagnosed the problem with recurrent miscarriage
