I am looking for treatment for my elder sister. She has had problem growing up, a history of epilepsy. She did not complete her education and she mentally tortures my mom. Sleeps very late and keeps my mom from sleeping as well. This is affecting my mom's health and we are really worried about her. My sister also does not let us keep our home clean and tidy. She gets excited if we try to do cleaning and starts shouting and crying.
