Got ur pain and concern though it's unfortunate but need to clear is it backache or pain n bleeding by Anus. If it's latter one need to evaluate with clinical examination. Till then apply warm coconut oil mixed with camper n seat in warm water for 20-30min. Have warm buttermilk by adding carom seeds
