Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  Get your thyroid checked out along with a complete blood count. Tab. Neurobion forte once a day after food for a month. Tab. Pazom-d once a day half an hour before food for 10 days. Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain. Bangalore.
