Uncontrollable anger and hit my head

I am short tempered.whenever someone yells something I don't like or if I quarrel with someone I will hit my head hard with my hands or against wall.this happened more than 100 times.what will be the consequence of my action??what happens in the future?i am feeling so scared.the more I hit I feel I am loosing more on my words on others and feeling depressed??what should I do now??whom should I contact??

Hello, Your condition shouldn't make you depressed as it is common and can be easily treated. You should see a psychiatrist and you will advised few medications for your anger and psychological counselling which will get this under control. You should visit a psychiatrist soon.
