Uncomfortable in lower left abdomen

I feel slight pain in left lower abdomen. Two weeks ago there was a bump in scrotum and started bleeding. Now for the past two weeks I feel hot and sometimes painful. Bump in the scrotum reduced now and no bleeding. Kindly suggest what treatment I need to take.
