The patient is unable to smell any kind of odour. Have a lot of itching in ears. There happens some kind of accumulation of water in ears.

Loss of smell may be due to many issues starting from allergic rhinitis to recent pandemic of Covid the water in ears is due to negative pressure created by closure of eustachian tubes that may be due to blockage of nose as an allergic rhinitis so need a detailed history to come to diagnosis
