Hi.. I recently got divorced as my wife was cheating on me and I later found that she wasn't sexually satisfied with me, I don't want to keep myself like this so want to know how do I improve myself.. I might have ED but I am not sure... I do get wet dreams at times and premature ejacuations is also an issue often

tests for sex hormones, penile Doppler tests along with general health and bodily checks will help to diagnose the problem and then treatment accordingly can be given. Report to nearest Sexologist.
