I recently got married, when ever I try to make physical relation with my wife she feels tremendous pain during penetrating into her which leads to end the same it's been over a week we try every day but still we don't succeeded to build up physical relation.

I can understand your concern.
Its normal for her to feel pain.
What you can do is speak to her and you could use your fingers for first few times and then slowly start penetrating.
If it doesn't work, take her to a gynecologist in person for further evaluation and management.
