I am suffering from headache, joint pain and weakness since past 2 days. I don't know what has happened. It all started with a throat pain which is fine now. Any idea what could be the disease?

hey ,do you have fever ??some viral disease presents with this symptoms, you need to consult doctor if it doesn't subside
