I hve bloating everydy feelng fullness and pulsating in abdomin. Unable to focus on anythng else due to discomfo. Toilet is very less once a day that too watery. Took gastric pills bt no improvement. What shuld i do to bring my life back? I thnk i hve ibs bt no pain in stomach. Plse suggest med to cure it permanently.
