Unable to be diagnosed

I am 27 years old male .i have a hsitory of heavy alcohol drinking.Now , i experience strong paltpitations after eating even slight amounts of food.sometimes after drinking water only.I feel confused,memory loss,unable to concentrate ,difficulty walking ,talking,breathlessness,dizzziness.i feel like my eyes are being pulled inside my head.this feeling is always been felt and goes away when my stomach is absolutely empty .i have done ecg,eeg,usg of liver ,gall blader ,IGATTG all of which are normal.I feel excessive gas is my stomach which forms very quickly after each realese .my blood tests show deficiency of vitamin b12 and d . i am taking medicines and have been to various reputed doctors but no relief from any medicine.Please please guide me on what disese do i have actually ...?
