Umbilical cord is wrapped around my baby’s neck. Will there be any issue for going normal delivery instead of cesarean.

Hey, cord entanglement around neck leads to asphyxia of fetus , it not a good sign .If its a term baby doctor would suggest caesarian section instead of normal delivery ,if not fetal activity has to be monitored carefully.
