Umbilical card not completely gone

Its been 10 days our baby boy has arrived. Yesterday his Umbilical card with has gone. But we still see something is left there and today we saw slight blood. Is there anything to worry. Please see attached photo for more info.

Make sure there is no leaking urine as a result of a congenital anomaly. Otherwise it may just be umbilical granuloma which can be treated in a clinic by application of silver nitrate under supervision of your Pediatrician.
