Being OSMF III DIOGNOSED BY DENTIST 6 months back with all symptoms, like white patches and bands inside the oral cavity. Now unhealing Ulcers on LIPS upper and LOWER burning and painful ,since 4 ,monthsl. Please advise me sir the remedies for cure. Whether it is leading to oral CARCINOMA THANK you sir
