Ulcer in duodenum

Hello, Im a 25 year old female. I had ankle sprain and I visited a doctor. He gave me Piroxicam. He prescribed it for 5 days, daily twice. After I used it for 4 days, my stomach was paining so much. That drug had a very bad effect on me. I visited Gastroentrologist and undergone endoscopy, that drug caused ulcers in my duodenum and also I had black stools. He prescribed me Happi(Rabeprazole) daily once. That Happi tablet had also side effect on me, I had sore throat, pain in my chest and change of taste on my tongue, so I discontinued it after 3 days of use. Its been 10 days, now my stool is normal color. But sometimes my stomach is paining (not severe)(the part between ribs and belly)And Im avoiding spicy food, etc Will the ulcers go away on their own? what kind of diet I need to follow? I dont want to take unnecessary medications. Please tell me, I'm so worried. Thank you, awaiting reply.
