ENT specialist dignosed that it is ulcer type allurgy in throat...at upper part...i start medicines and then it clear at upper part...but after some days it feel lower part of throat...n then in chest also...i feel it like a swelling in chest n throat... feeling normal when i take meal...and after gargeling of salt water... gas problems,some times stomuch pains, some times headche but little bit...

Hello therr..... Eat smaller meals. Avoid overeating by eating smaller meals..... Don't lie down after a meal. Wait at least three hours after eating before lying down or going to bed..... Elevate the head of your bed.... Avoid irritating foods. Avoid foods that irritate your stomach, especially those that are spicy, acidic, fried or fatty....
