Dr suggest to my frnd to take UMOM AND OVABLESS tablets, so plz tell me is it safe for pregnancy? What uses of it? Reply

These medications are not to be taken over the counter. These should be taken only when a qualified gynaecologist prescribes them and follicle monitoring should be done. Do not self medicate. Consult the doctor.
