Typhoid recovery a month ago, now fever

Diagnosed and recovered from typhoid a month ago, now fever comes every second day. After medicine it goes away but comes after a day or two. Kid remains normal when no fever, became weak. Blood test report says 1. RBC - 3.9 2. MONOCYTE - 2.0 3.WBC - 13,100 4. ERYTHROCYTE SEDIMENTATION RATE - 34 Please suggest

You'll need to get a Widal test done and repeat other blood tests as well to rule out Typhoid or any other infection. Persisting fever will need admission to a hospital for further investigation and probably intravenous antibiotics.
