Typhoid fever with high CRP level

Hi, I m suffering from typhoid fever from past 4 days. Today's I have also consult for Crp and my report show 24mg/l but normal range is below. Is it possible that Crp level goes high in typhoid. Plz suggest me proper remedies for typhoid and to lower CRP level. Thanks
