I have been diagnosed with typhoid 3 days ago as widal test was positive and he wrote me medicines but today also my fever is not going below 101 as I eat the paracetamol tablet the fever goes down for some hours but it again Rises to 102 to 103 he prescribe me meprocin 650 for fever and zifi cv 200 and oflomac 400 and lactovit. Please tell me what should I do for my fever thank you
