My widal test report shows that S.Typhi "O" : positive 1 in 160 dilution S.Typhi "H" : positive 1 in 80 dilution S.Para Typhi "A(H)" : negative 1 in 40 dilution S.Para Typhi "B(H)" : negative 1 in 40 dilution whether i have typhiod or not

Thanks for the question, widal test report of 1:320 is confirmation for typhoid , but with Ur reports and if symptoms suggestive of typhoid are present then I suggest you to take the course for typhoid
