All he needs is good intravenous sedation along with Locoregional Anaesthesia. Sedation relaxes the patient into the restful groggy state, when the surgeon can give two injections to block the greater palatine and sphenopalatine nerves. This is adequate for most nasal surgeries. This is even better and safer than General Anaesthesia!
