Did sonofistulogram and report is as follow: Evidence of two fistula track in the anal canal. Track one is located along the posterior aspect of the anal canal. It's internal opening is around 6'0 clock position at the level of the anal valve. Its extending caudally in the interspincteric space and passing through the intersphincteric groove in 6'0 clock direction towards the external opening along the posterior aspect of the anal canal.
