Twitching middle finger

Hi My middle finger in left hand keeps twitching randomly. Some time once my arm from my elbow to finger were shivering  if I put them in a particular position. But that hasn't happned since that time but my finger keeps twitching. Who do I consult.

hey...... it could be due strain of that finger, causing fatigue of muscle consult physician...................
