I have weird twitching / twisting / fluttering kind of a feeling in my abdomen - about four fingers away from the navel towards the right and two fingers below the rib cage. It seems like heart is beating right there or abdomen wal pulsating internally. Not even sure if I am able to describe this feeling properly. I do have acidity and reflux issues. Sometimes it's the sternum heaviness or solar plexus heaviness but this twitching is entirely new. No pains or abnormal stools. I also have anxiety disorder where I feel psychosomatic pains and aches. Should I be worried about anything? Also, had a routine pelvis and abdomen usg 6 weeks ago. All normal in that.
