Twitching between upper lip and nose from past 2 days,,pls provide the remedy . I am taking bp medication( olmetrack 40mg)

Dear Sir Twitching between Upper Lip and Nose for few days does not need any medicines as it may go away by itself Only if it persists for more than a week, you need drugs
