My wife is 2 months and 13 days pregnant. And she has twins, could she abort one of them? What would happen ? Would it be very dangerous ? Could you please suggest.

It can be done if the reason for abortion is legitimate....You should not take self medications because what's the guarantee for complete expulsion of babies,and if the they are developing in fallopian tubes you can rupture of the tubes....ultrasound helps to confirm abdominal pregnancy and complete abortion ,retained product may cause sepsis and hemorrhage which can be dangerous to mother...consult nearest gynecologists they will do the needful.
