Hi sir /mam my husband got tumor /lump under his testies almost a inch height towards testies with hard lump please let us know if it is formed due to heat or something else? It is also painful when he rubbed please help us with this

It may be due to heat  or due to trauma or hit. Whatever cause may be but there is inflammation or swelling in the testes . You should start an analgesic and anti inflammatory drug along with antacids and one suitable antibiotic after the advice of your doctor.
