I m hogh diabetic n i jzt do afb test n afb seen n also did esr test n it shows 40 then what does it mean ? N what should i do ?

HELLO, IT'S AFB +TUBERCULOSIS. CONTAGIOUS. CONSULT A CHEST PHYSICIAN.AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AS YOU R ELDERLY DM2 PATIENT. ATT OR AKT  HAVE BEEN STARTED AS SOON AS YOU CONSULT. EITHER YOU TAKE IT PERSONALLY FROM POCKET OR FROM GOVERNMENT HOSPITAL.BUT TAKE COMPLETE TREATMENT. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO TAKE WITHOUT MISSING A DOSE MAKE IT SURE. I HOPE I SHARE ALL THE IMPORTANT TIPS OF ANTI TUBERCULAR TREATMENT. O YES ABOUT DIET IT BUST BE DIABETIC BUT STILL HEALTHY. REST IS NEEDED THAT IS EXCEPTIONAL TO DIABETES. O.K BYE.

At least one the information suggestive of pulmonary tuberculosis. If you have any doubt go for sputam culture . Other wise  start anti tuberculosis treatment . According latest guidelines even one sputam sample positive for AFB is enough to diagnose pulmonary tuberculosis.
Next Steps
take anti tuberculosis treatment as early as possible.
