My TSH is 2.60 & the free thyroxine is 1.21, can you explain what this means? I have all the signs for hypo, but i have a few signs of hyper. I have rheumatoid arthritis

TSH is thyroid stimulating hormone which is produced by our pituitary gland and T3 and T4 are hormones produced by our thyroid gland. Values of both are normal in your case.
