TSH ,PCOS & trying to conceiving

Hello, i m 27 female.I have 01 ectopic prgnanacy and one naturally miscarriage. My TSH Now 4.09 and Overies shows Polysystic Pattern.Doctor gave me Throynorm 25mg and ovabless myo and LUMIA. Can i conceive again normally?
