Elevation of TSH level with normal T3 T4 is subclinical hypothyroidism.Treatment is considered only if there's symptoms associated it or when TSH is 10 and above. You can repeat the test after 3 months
Next Steps
get your lipid profile, glucose levels, liver function test

It can be subclinical hypothyroidism or just temporary change. Make sure to repeat your S. TSH after one month and again after 3 months.
