My mother(age 60) is on thyronorm 125 mcg since many years. She got her TSH evaultated and it came out to be 3.78 Does she need to reduce the thyronorm dosage? If so, by how much?

Well the dose of thyroxine depends on body weight . It seems that her current TSH is under control so her current dose must be continued and should not be reduced . One should target to keep the TSH in the mid normal of the reference range of the lab .
