TSH 0.21 and IUI procedure

2018-08-08 05:34:12
I have planned to undergo IUI procedure this month. Yesterday I had my thyroid test done. My TSH is 0.21. I am taking 100mcg thyronorm tablet.. Can I still undergo IUI as my TSH level is bit low compared to the range of 0.30 to 5 or should I decrease my dosage to TSH level to more than 0.30? I have already taken medication for IUI and the procedure may happen anytime next week.

It is possible to still undergo the procedure, it is a decision which will be made by your treating doctor, it is possible that he may postpone for the levels to be perfect. You will require alteration of your thyroxine dose.
