56.35 only does not mean anything. If it's 56.35 ng/dl, then it's normal for you as a female. If it's your husband's report then it's very low. You should consult whoever have advised you to test this. Checking Testosterone alone cannot help much in finding the cause of your infertility. I'm sure the doctor must have advised many other things for you. It's a complex problem and needs a detailed evaluation.
