Hi, u can try to have sex during fertile period that's 12-16 th day of ur cycle, take pillow below ur pelvis during act and lie in that position dir 15-20 mins after act n during it. Improve ur routine with respect to diet n exercise. U can consult me online if u have any further doubts.
