I have PCOS .......... Right fallopian tube- cornual block ............ Left fallopian tube- patent ............. I have irregular periods (lasting for 5 days) ............. AMH- 19.02 ng/ml (HIGH) ........  My age- 28 years ........... Height - 5' 4" .......... Weight - 60 kg
