My wife suffering from pcod and hypo thyroid ,though TSH value is under control, we are trying to conceive consecutive 3 cycle of OI by letrozole 2.5*2 and progesterone SR 300 but unable to pregnant, though ovulation occurs on day 18 and HSA report normal.what will be our future steps continue with OI with couple of cycle or IUI/IVF.I think implantation is occurring but why not it results with pregnancy though SSG and other hormonal reports are normal.
