An ectopic pregnancy could develop secondary to a fallopian tube pathology. You should visit a fertility specialist. If you haven't already done these you need to do a few endocrine blood tests, ultrasound of pelvis, tubal evaluation and semen analysis for your husband. Some women may not get pregnant in the very first cycle of iui; upto 3-6 cycles may be tried depending on your results.
