Hello my wife follicle size on day 10th is 23mm so Dr said u should try intercourse so plz tell me can I think intercourse best time is day 14 to 18 ..

Do as doctor has told you. Sometimes,follicles get big earlier on and ovulation occurs early in 10 percent of the cases. So there is no harm in having intercourse early and continuing till day 18 to day 20. Infact it helps .
