Triple marker test positive in 13th week

Hi, I did triple marker test in 13th week and I'm on 14th week now. I got positive result with 1:10 ratio. Doctor suggested amniocentesis by 16th week. What is the possibility of getting negative result in it? I'm very much worried. Please help with your advice.
